Defective merchandise is defined as merchandise produced with a defect that prevents it from being a viable product for its intended use. I.e. tears, missing pieces such as velcro strap etc.
Please note, all of our products are stitched in our manufacturing facility by real live people. We believe in supporting jobs for people and not robots. As such, minor discrepancies in products such as slight variations in graphic or text placement, which do not otherwise affect the usability of the product, do not qualify for returns.
